Char Siew Rice

This is another nice dish found at the hawker located at Alexandra Village. The meat is soft and tender. The whole thing blends well with the char siew sauce and another sauce that I do not know what it is. The uncle is very nice, he gave me the char siew sauce generously when I asked for it. The sauces taste really different from those bought from the market. It's really tasty.

It's quite cheap honestly even though it would be better with a little more rice. The main thing that I thought the taste of this dish can be improved would be by adding some vegetables. It can be cucumber, tomato, or any other types of green leaves vegetables as long as it goes well with the dish. Simply with just the meat and rice somehow lacks the variety in taste.
