Are You Being Served?

Are You Being Served is a new online community blog that features on the customer service in Singapore. They have completed eight missions so far and need your help to complete more! Many had made their opinions on the blog and it is now your turn!

The blog is an initiative of various agencies including the Singapore Tourism Board. It is a platform for people to share their views regarding the quality of services in Singapore, hoping to show appreciation of service in Singapore by providing a common discussion ground through this blog. The blog will hopefully, at the same time, raise the overall quality of customer service in Singapore. A group of people known as "squad members" will be initiating various customer service scenarios. They would then observe how service staff react and blog about them in this platform.

Share your stories regarding Singapore's customer service at the blog now whether they are positive or negative. Feel free to read and comment on other readers' stories to gain more insight of the quality of the services in Singapore. You are welcome to suggest new missions for the service squad as well.
